Picture aspect ratio

I have Dishnet and a Panasonic-TH-50PX75U-50-inch-720P-Plasma-HDTV and while I was gne for the weekend, a family member, who shall remain nameless, inadvertantly pressed a wrong button on one of the remotes and now the picture appears to be too large for the screen. I've tried the "aspect" button on th TV remote, but that still doesn't seem to make the picture correct.

I'm sure it's something very simple and I'm just overlooking the corrective action. Can anyone help me out?

There is also a setting in your Dish setup menus. Sorry, I don't know how to walk you through it.

use the star button in the bottom left corner of the remote.
