Hello Madhura,

Welcome to the forum!

Could you please switch off that CAPS LOCK button on your keyboard? (This is considered "shouting" and there's no need for it.)

Thanks!

No DVD player is going to have an HDMI in.  You are kind of messing up the terms.  There are some HTiB (home theater in a a box) units that have a built in DVD player, but we usually recommend against these units because an all-in-one solution usually lacks the inputs needed for modern devices such as the PS3, not to mention upgrading later.  Besides, you already have a perfectly good DVD player inside the PS3, that's also a Blu-ray player.

So in order to steer you the correct way, we need to know budget.  If you are looking for a HTiB that will be able to play the HD audio available on Blu-ray via your PS3, take a look at Onkyo systems.  They come with real receivers that are non-proprietary and will be perfectly fine if you wish to upgrade your speakers/sub later.  They are also reasonably priced and good performers for a HTiB.  To enjoy the HD audio formats available on Blu-rays, you would need to purchase at least the 6100 or 6200 model Onkyo.
