hi guys, i have a couple of questions

1). i have a Kenwood 5.1 HT system its the vr615 600w  (100wX6ch)-(kinda old).  i want to replace the sub (8" 100w) with a louder/powerful one.  is there a limit as to how far i can go on the sub?  i don't wanna hurt my reciever.

2). i was also wondering if anybody ever try this sub from Theater Solutions its the HD Powered Sub TSRT 350 12in. 300 watt sub, any good?  (seen this on ebay)  for $150

your help is gladly appreciated, thx all

1.  Does the VR615 have a pre-amp level LFE/sub output?  Yes - Only your budget limits your sub choices.
2.  Dayton subs from Parts Express are proven subs in the bargain category.  From there we can make recommendations all the way up to the Danley Sound Labs "Matterhorn" sub.

I have no idea about the Theater Solutions sub.  I have direct experience with a LOT of Dayton subs and that's what I recommend.
