What's that mean for Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown?

Getting a new print run? Or did it actually cost more than $20 when new? I thought it was always $19.99 or so.

Seemed to be the rarest of their Peanuts releases so far, so I suppose news of a new print run is good. Took me months before I ever saw a copy of it in a store after it was released, had to buy it off Xbox Live's video service initially to see it.
