In-wall tubing!

If i am installing the wires and wall plates for my home surround sound.. would it be still smart to install "smurf tubes"... "just in case" for the future... if i needed to replace a speaker wire, or added more wires to upgrade to a 7.1 or better when the time arrives that there is better... or should i not worry about it?  because even if i were to need to replace a wire.. i just don't see the tubing help so much that it is worth it.. i just see feeding a wire through a tube will still be a pain in the ass... IF SO what is the recommended type? brand so on....

Pull a "dead" black wire through the tube immediately. Make smooth bends (no sharp angles) only. Later you can pull the new wiring through by securely fixing it to one end of the black wire and pulling that one through from the other end.
