   I want to purchase "Disc Washer 1509 Home Theater calibiration DVD" to
setup my HT. Can anyone tell me the how for it will be useful?

I've never heard of that calibration DVD; it may be great, or not.  But the two most commonly used are Avia and Digital Video Essentials.  I suggest you use one of those.  (And either of them will definitely help and should be considered a must-have purchase.)
