The Mentalist bucked the odds last season as a freshman show with strong ratings, and for its troubles, it got slotted behind CSI on Thursday nights at 10 p.m. EDT.

The show continues to chug along nicely, although everybody including the AG letting Jane slide on both the electronic eavesdropping and prison escape charges was even more of a stretch than some of the things that go on in this show. But I'm ignoring the most important aspect of the current season - Rigsby is now my hero!

Way to go, Wayne! (And about frickin' time since everyone else on the team,
including Van Pelt, knew how you felt.)
Of course, now they'll have to deal with the rules, and the fact that Jane knows for sure and Lisbon suspects.
Later,

Joe,
I still love Cho's comments when Rigsby didn't make a move a few episodes ago. "Your going to die alone." :D
Bring back John Doe! Or at least resolve the cliff-hanger with a 2hr movie or as an extra on a dvd release.
