Olevia 37" LCD HDTV with Built-In ATSC/NTSC Combo Tuner
I had been getting some digital TV stations via an indoor antenna. Then I unplugged the antenna and after plugging it back in I get none. In fact, I can't get the TV to scan for stations any more.
I also can't get it to change the aspect it is stuck on "full screen" and I know that I have been able to change that before. I think I may have selected some sort of lock in the menu that's preventing me from changing the aspect.
I don't think anything is broken, but probably has to be reset. I tried resetting to the factory settings via the menu, and nothing seems to happen there is no change after hitting "reset" and there is no indication, (like a progress bar), that indicates that it is going through a reset procedure or any message afterwards that indicats that a reset was successfully completed.
Is there some other way to do a reset, besides unplugging it– I tried that? I know some devices have a reset button that you hold down for a few seconds to reset them to factory settings.
The manufacturer went bankrupt, so they're no help.
