2nd Collection of Universal films available for DVD
Hollywood Classics announces the release of 30 Universal films available for DVD licensing for the first time. This now brings to 60 the number of available Universal films. The films include The Front Page, Billy Wilder’s humorous look at the newspaper industry and Two-Lane Blacktop, arguably the best of the late 60s, early 70s existential road film genre. As well as Billy Wilder, other directors who are represented within this new collection are: Douglas Sirk, John Sturges, Joseph Losey, Robert Siormak, Ernst Lubitsch and Preston Sturges.
