Messed up dads settings on AVR 645

Basically i was rerouting some wires to make my dads theatre look good, and i guess when i unplugged his AVR- 645, it reset the settings? I labled "video-3" as the xbox 360, and now it just shows video -3.

Is there any way to get those settings back (probley not, but yea..)? I tried setting it up with the microphone and with the OSD...but having problems with the subwoofer making a farting noise. The subwoofer is Velodynes' DPS-10. The speakers are infinity, and are rather tall (4 foot?) and its a 55inch hitachi TV.

Is there any way to redo settings, or fix subwoofer?
What are the chances of me breaking the subwoofer?

Sounds like you need to get out the owner's manual and reconfigure everything.  This time write down the different settings.

Check the channel levels, sounds like you may have the subwoofer channel boosted too high.

It's not impossible to blow out a subwoofer, but you have to push them pretty darn hard, especially a Velodyne.

Check the settings on the subwoofer or the reciever?
I noticed when i did the "EZ SETUP" with the mic, setting up the AVR645, it set the subwoofer to like -10dB.
