DId fixed season 1 releases of Adam-12 and Emergency1 ever get released?

Recently gone back to season 1 of each of these programs and am getting frusturated again at these poor quality disc. Did they ever fix these with a later run that is identifiable as fixed, or offer a disc replacement program for fixed versions of these disc?

All the freezes are annoying on what seems to be every other episode. What annoys me even more is they don't just freeze, when they unfreeze the episode is several seconds past the freeze and you have to rewind and hit play again to see it (Which oddly enough almost always corrects the problem in that area). I can put up with the occasional pause, but I can't tolerate it unfreezing to a later point in the episode.

I remember this issue being widely reported, but don't ever remember a program to send them in for corrected replacements? Happens to many (If not most) owners of these two DVD releases, and the problems occur in every DVD player I've tried (From several standalone DVD players to game consoles with DVD capabilities to PC DVD drives).

To the best of my knowledge, there was never an exchange program. If there was, you probably would have heard about it. I think it's basically a crap shoot if you'll get a working copy or not.

For what it's worth, I had problems with the first seasons of Dragnet and Alfred Hitchcock Presents but, fortunately, my replacement copies worked.
