90210 - 2nd season - premiere 9/08/09

For those who are still planning on watching 90210 on the CW, it returns for its second season tonight at the 8 p.m. EDT timeslot, followed by the new relaunch of Melrose Place with its own next generation of cast members (and returning cast members from the original series in the 1990's).

 I am perhaps far too old to be part of this show's intended audience, but I thought the first episode this season took a severe nosedive from last season.  I think it went from charmingly inane last year to just plain idiotic this year.

So this show is relegated to weekend viewing for me, but I'm on the fence for the rest of the season. I miss Silver (the one from early last season).
