Receiver Under $400

I'm in the market for a receiver under (or very close to) $400.  Here are some options I'm looking at so far.  I would like to get opinions on comparing these options as well as opinions on other good options.  I don't need tremendous power and I do not anticipate a need for 7.1 anytime soon.

Denon 1610
Onkyo TX-SR507
Onkyo RC160
Yamaha V663

I haven't given this a great deal of thought but more than likely I'd go for the Denon 1610 because of the better version of Audyssey and, from what I've read, better video up-conversion. It only has three HDMI inputs though. The Onkyo 606 would be a close second.

I'm looking for something similar.
I need a powered zone 2 that can accept a digital signal.  The Onkyo's I've looked at will only take analog in zone 2.

Gene -- Thanks for the feedback.  I had not realized that the Denon offered a better version of Audyssey, but now that you mention it I do see that the Denon offers MultiEQ while the Onkyos only offer the 2EQ.

Are there any other opinions out there?  I'm hoping to pull the trigger in the next couple days.
