Hook up help!

I need help hooking up my "stuff".  Here is what I have:

Samsung LN37b650 HD TV

Panasonic DMP-BD60K Blu-ray player

Motorola set top HD DVR Cable box

Yamaha RX-v461 AV receiver (NO HDMI in or out) (does have 2 digital audio optical inputs,1 audio  coaxial input and componet video connections)

plus speakers which I think I've hooked up right


 I think my older Yamaha AV receiver  wihtout the HDMI is the limiting factor but was hoping I could use for now and not give up to much HD or Sound quality.

I'm new to the HD Home Theater World so keep the instructions as simple as you can for this dumb guy.

For both the BD & DVR, just go HDMI to the TV, optical to the receiver.  Make sure your optical out is set to "bitstream" instead of PCM for DD & DTS on the BD player.

Monoprice.com is a good source for good cheap cables, a lot cheaper than typical retail.
