I'm a lot more likely even to put in a "Five-O," or "Hardcastle," or "Get Smart," maybe even a "What's Happening!!" or "MTM" or "St. Elsewhere," than I ever was to see "2 1/2," "Friends," "Seinfeld," or "Raymond." You're very correct about each one having his/her own beliefs about what is moral/immoral, and I have mine ('60's, '70's, and '80's are more moral to me than the '90's and '00's-- just my opinion, of course).

Well, this is good news.

I was checking the RTN website and found that one of our local stations is an affiliate, and the subchannel is carried on channel 199 on my cable system.

So does RTN used syndicated cuts?

BARBARA WRIGHT: You're from Earth?
MORTON DILL: No... no, ma'am, I... I'm from Alabama.
Doctor Who: Flight Through Eternity

My experience with our RTN feed here is that they use a mix of time-compressed and/or cut-up prints on some shows and other shows appear to be complete and uncut.

I guess I'm lucky. RTN is on a regular OTA station in Boston, and also on basic cable with the other area broadcast station. (THIS TV is on a subchannel of the NBC affiliate and is on channel 297 on cable - much harder from a positioning point.) I also get the Providence RTN station OTA, with a slightly different line-up. RTN has been adding some non-Universal programming lately - "The Adventures of Robin Hood", "The Rifelman" and "Daniel Boone" have been added to weekends. They do need someone to monitor continuity as quite often they will run the same "RTN Mystery Movie" (usually from "Banaceck") 2 weeks in a row with no rhyme or reason and they have been skipping around on "Marcus Welby, M.D." episodes.

The main difference is Rush is right up front with his agenda. It is the liberal hypocrites in the media that claim they have no bias or agenda. It is always amazing how much hatred they have for the few voices that differ from them. It is not enough that the other 99.5% of the media is controlled by them. Such wonderful champions of free speech--as long as you are saying what they want to say. Yuck!
