projector / screen questions

I am putting together my first home theatre system and have narrowed it down to a Sanyo PLV-Z3000 projector with a 100" Elite screens cine-gray permanent mount screen. Are there any comments, concerns from anyone with more knowledge than I? I will have my room set up with the potential to have zero ambient light.

This technical paper is a good overview of many important design considerations.  It may help fill in some potential gaps in your plans.
