Screw terminal connection to binding posts

The wife gifted me with a new AV receiver (Pioneer VSX-819) which seems pretty well featured...I went to replace the old AV receiver this morning and found to my dismay that it only has screw terminal connections for the speakers......My speakers have binding posts which were connected to the old receiver's binding posts using banana plugs.

I can't make heads or tails of any of the cable adapters, connectors etc that I researched before posting here. My question, before I go out and buy cable to do a bare wire hookup is, do I have any other options? Are there any adapters for these screw terminals?

I imagine not, but figure it doesn't hurt to ask.

If you don't want to cut the bananna plugs off and just use the wire by itself, you could always buy a set of female bananna sockets (Radio Shack etc) and connect a short pigtail to screw onto your receiver connections.

As Steve alluded to, no adapter, I would just cut the banana plugs off and strip off some insulation for bare wire.
