DIY Cables

Hi

I'm looking for the fastest, cheapest way to obtain 50 feet of R-G-B component cables to run from my equipment up to the projector.
I mean to say, my projector is about 50 feet away from my components.

I am thinking about purchasing 75 ohm coax "antenna" cabling from the local hardware store and soldering shielded RCA connectors on the ends.

Will it work?

Thanks in advance.

It seems I may be the first one to try this - I'll build them tonight and report how it goes.

Do the math and see if the cables Martin linked to aren't 1/4-1/5 the price of your alternative.  Also, not even close to the first to do that.  People use RG6 for subwoofers all the time.
