If so, would you recommend it? How does it stack up against ebay in terms of user friendliness? Paypal is one of the biggest attractions to continue to use ebay for me.

I have sold some CDs and the like through the Amazon Marketplace, probably cause I don't do the ebay thing. It's somewhat handsoff, as Amazon will send you an email when it's sold and you can ship. It's fairly painless, in my experience but I've only sold a few CDs here and there. I've bought stuff from the marketplace too and that has worked out fine.

p.s. payment is via Amazon, you pay amazon (CC is fine) and then Amazon will deposit the funds (less the fees) to the seller's account and the seller will get an electronic transfer every x weeks, (I think it's 2)...
