Hey guys, I am no expert on audio so I was hoping you would be able to help me out. I have an LG LHY-518 home theater system. It comes with a DVD receiver, but that is non-operational. It also comes with 2 tower speakers, 2 desktop type speakers, a long flat speaker, and a subwoofer. I don't have a ton of money to get the DVD player fixed at the moment, and I was wondering how I would go about hooking up the surround sound to a television/stereo without the DVD receiver that originally comes with the set?
