Question about movie clip from Fox Movie Channel's "Drive-In" TV Commercial

In the TV commercial for Fox Movie Channel's "Drive-In" (a Thursday night double feature) they show several clips of films- starting out I think with Joan Cusack in "Toys", and several other clips from various films including "Porky's", "Fathom", etc. (I'd post a link to the commercial but I can't find it online).

One of the last clips shows two men from behind, skipping/dancing down the street- does anyone know what film that is from?

It's driving me nuts (lol). Thanks in advance! :-)

I know one of the other movies shown that you haven't mentioned is the very funny, "How I Got into College" from 1989
But the clips that are shown from that movie are the character "A" saying "You're a moron it's easy."
and Phil Hartman, Bennedict SAT Coach and Nora Dunn, the other SAT coach in front of a dry erase board.
I haven't seen this commercial in a few weeks, so I can't recall this skipping scene.

but this "might" help

Thanks, I visited the Fox site first, but none of the "Drive-In" movies listed seem to fit the clip.

The mystery continues.......
