Wrong Post Count showing

I just came to the "new" Home Theater Forum on Sunday to check out the weekly deals for DVDs.  After I posted in a thread I noticed that my Post Count was 2,809.  I am certain that my post count was over 2,000 more that last time I visited HTF under the old format.  Any idea what happened to my post count.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks for the link that clarified the situation.  I should have done a search first.  I assumed I wasn't the only one that was effected.  It's no big deal, but almost 5,000 posts looked more impressive than the count I have now.
