Hello,

I am moving into a new home where the current owner already has already run speaker wire through the walls for wall mounted speakers in the 13x21 TV room.  Therefore, I would like to invest in a home theater system but do not know where to start.  My current equipment is a 50 inch Panasonic Plasma TV, Panasonic Blu-Ray Player, HD DirecTV box, and Nintendo Wii.

I want a quality system that makes vocals easy to hear and has bass that you can feel throughout the room during high action movie scenes.  I mostly watch movies and sports.

I have done some research and was thinking of purchasing a Pioneer VSX-1019AH-K AV Receiver and Paradigm Cinema 70, 90, or 100 CT speaker system.  Can anyone let me know if this will be a good setup and if so, which speaker system to go with in terms of the 70, 90, or 100 CT?

I would ultimately like to stay under $1000 for the setup but given the system I am looking at above, it may be difficult.  My max is around the $1200 range.  If there are other systems that may better suit my needs and space, please advise..

Thanks,

Rob
