Some Like It Hot 50th Anniversary Edition?

Does anybody know if MGM/UA is planning another re-release of this movie?

I think they might, because I saw this on DVD Empire.

Anybody have more information to back this up?

I wouldn't get too excited about it.  The back cover shown there doesn't list any special features.  It looks like this is just a budget-priced, stripped-down version of what is already on the market.  Putting "50th Anniversary" on the cover and branding it as such is probably just a way for retailers to distinguish it from the 832 other DVD versions of this on the market.

Actually, the back cover posted on DVD Empire is identical to the back cover of previous editions, which means one of two things:
1) DVD Empire doesn't have a back cover for the 50th Anniversary edition as yet; or
2) This is merely a budget priced repackage.

More than likely a re-package.  The back cover is the same as the previous release, it does not have a Fox logo on it.

Looks like just a re-package since they kept UPC number the same.
