Mitsubushi WS-55313 problem

My WS-5513 wants to switch format on its own.  I have reset to factory settings and also removed all the batterys in all the remotes to make sure nothing is stuck.  Still wants to scroll all the formats on its own.   Any idaels?

Wish I could help you out. I've had mine for five-and-a-half years and have never seen anything like that.
