Standard vs Premium Cables from Monoprice-Thoughts?

Hello,
I'm buying new component, HDMI and other cables soon, and was curious what people thought about the differences in Monoprice cables. I'm not sure there is much besides the cable ends. Monoprice customers, what do you think?

I always buy the Premium. They're not that much more and they do seem to use better materials than the standard ones.

I also generally buy the premium, though most of the regular ones seem quite good as well in most cases.  They are so incredibly cheap. Which cables were you looking to go standard?
