I understand wikis. I understand forums and stickies. I do not understand forum-wikis and how they co-exist with pre-existing stickies on "best of..." topics.

Please elaborate :)

They are independent of one another!  Our wikis are separate from the forums, scroll up top and go to the big list of all our wikis by clicking on the Wiki tab.
