New ABC Fam Sitcom starring none other than David Cassidy. His little bro Shaun exec produces and his big brother Patrick also stars....so they turned it into a family affair! The sitcom seems like a good change of pace from all the dramas/reality series out there. It'd be fun to see David Cassidy poking fun at himself at the very least. The promo made me smile

I must admit when I saw this preview, I thought it looked kind of fun. Modern partridge family.

I might give it a glance with my kids to see if it is a good show.

Yeah, I'm definitely tuning in for the first ep and checking it out. Seems like a good family show, definitely like Patridge Family or even the classic family comedies - Growing Pains, Full House, etc. Feel like we've been lacking in those kinds of good, smart, well-written family comedies lately. Hopefully this show will be a good addition to the summer TV mix....

So my family and I watched the first episode and none of us were impressed. The acting was horrible. The writing was horrible. The show felt forced. This young girl looking for her father shows up out of nowhere, moves in with her fathers brother, helps brothers like eachother again and all is happyily ever after..... I don't think so. Just a horrible pilot all around.

Yeah, I watched it last week and I'm going to tune in again tonight to see how it develops. Usually in the pilot, they kind of have to cram everything in to get the whole premise set up and going. Since it's only a half-hour, they had a lot to get in there. I think since all of that's established, it'll slow down a little and focus more on the situational comedy. I thought it was pretty cute and still think it has potential!
