Paradigm In-Ceiling Speaker Choices?????

I am building a house and want to pre-wire it for a 5.1 setup. My rear surrounds have to be in-ceiling as the living room is an open concept. I am looking at a pair of these Paradigm in-ceilings:

CS-60R-SM:

Paradigm : Models CS-60R-SM

and these
CS-60R-30:

Paradigm : Models CS-60R-30

I am leaning towards the CS-60R-30s, but I am temped by the CS-60R-SM as I could wire them for 7.1 if I update my receiver in the future to a 7.1 setup. Does anyone have any experience with these in-ceiling speakers? Would one have an advantage over the other, and would wiring the CS-60R-SMs in 7.1 make a difference compared to running the CS-60R-30s in 5.1 with a 7.1 receiver? I was told the CS-60R-30s maybe better as the cone is at a 30 degree offset and can be adjusted toward the listening area or towards a wall (which I only have one along the side) for sound dispersion.
I would probably run extra wires for the 7.1 setup, but would run a 5.1 setup for a while. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Re: Paradigm In-Ceiling Speaker Choices?????

Here are somemore details (maybe this will encourage some responses?):

Here’s my current setup:

Receiver: Sony STR835
Fronts & Rears: Boston Acoustics A70Ts (from movie theatre)
Centre: Paradigm CC-70
Subwoofer: Paradigm PW2200

The living room is an open concept room. The right wall has a large window and goes into a kitchen area. To the left of the area is a foyer and door way, and to the rear is a kitchen.

I am considering going with in-ceiling speakers for left and right surrounds (to replace the A70Ts that I can't use in the new room) for aesthetics and it seems the best choice for this room (I will keep the rest the same for fronts, centre and sub). I am still looking at the choices above. Any suggestions?
