Has anyone ever ordered from this Amazon retailer? I ordered season 5 and 6 of Baywatch, the region 2 sets from them. I got two different dvds of the Teletubbies!!!! What about the Teletubbies is like Baywatch? I emailed them yesterday about my order through the Amazon website and they have yet to contact me to resolve this mixup. I have also called their phone number, which I found on line. All you get is an answering amchine and you leave your order number and wait for an email response. Anyone else have problems with them? They have a 98% positive rating an Amazon, so I hope they resolve my issue, or I will file a reimbursement claim in a week through Amazon.

Thanks for the info. So how come they have such a good rating at Amazon? They have listed the other seasons of Baywatch from Germany and was thinking of ordering them, since that would save on the outrageous shipping fees from the German Amazon. But if they do not resolve my complaint, then I guess that is out.

I've never dealt with them AFAIK but I do know how much it sucks to deal with a lame seller. Hope everything gets sorted out.

still no response from this retailer. I will give them another day or two, then file a claim through Amazon.

I have ordered from them - no problems. They have a great selection; Every time I requested a CD or movie, no matter how obscure they always had it available. I'll keep the negative issues in mind when ordering in the future, though

I ordered from them before with no problems. But this time they messed up big time, and are not making any effort to correct their error.

well, I will never order from Movie Mars again. They completely ignored my emails about sending me the wrong item and I had to resort to filing a claim through Amazon, who got me my money back.
