Between two surround sound systems

Hey hows it going? Ive been looking at getting a Surround Sound and have recently narrowed it down to 2 choices. I am currently looking at either
Newegg.com - ONKYO HT-S6100 Black 7.1 Channel Home Theater System W/iPod Dock

Newegg.com - ONKYO HT-S5200 7.1-Channel Black Home Theater System with iPod Dock

I wanted to know which one you guys thought was the best? This is my first home theater system so I do not know a whole lot about everything. What I was really looking for is something that plays Blurays the best and gives me that uncompressed sound. I noticed that the S6100 says it plays TrueHD sound but the S5200 doesnt mention that. Will I get that uncompressed sound out of the both of them or just the S6100? Also would I even notice difference if I didnt go with the S6100 and just went with the S5200?

Let me know what you think because I want to get one that will be a good investment and last me for a while. Thanks.

Of those 2, get the 6100; 5200 won't process audio over HDMI.
