In a news flash from Washington DC, Congressman Barney Frank announced that the HTF v. 2.0 will automatically HELOC your home when you log on. Proceeds will be deposited in Parker's account in order to "stimulate the economy". Fed Chairman Bernanke praised this as a means to make owning upgraded home theaters affordable to a larger segment of the public while supporting rust-belt equipment manufacturers.

I just figured out that it will be at 10 am ET on Monday!!! What will happen if you are on HTF at 9.59 and then hit refresh at 10.01???
