Cant get any of the dolby d or any of dolby formats on presets or reciever display had them once...HELP

Make sure your "B" speakers are off, hit listening mode "music/TV" button to cycle. If you changed setup on DVD or Blu-ray player that could also be a cause, if need help be more specific about connections, brand/model #s, and what audio menu options you are using.
