I think this is because in September, the Ford and Wayne box is being reissued with the addition of the Directed by John Ford documentary.

At these prices, it may work out cheaper just getting the original box, and then Directed by John Ford individually later. Here is a listing for the reissue version to be released in September:

No word at this stage on whether or not it will include the Ultimate Collector's Edition of The Searchers, it may revert to the standard 2 disc version, if that is the case, then the original box would be a better deal.
