Nice pair of VMPS Tower II Special Editions in medium-dark oak.
All the upgrades available at the time.
(2) 12" carbon fiber woofers with phase plugs and rubber surrounds, 12" passive radiator, phase plugged carbon fiber mid-range, inverted soft dome tweeter (FOCAL I believe) and ribbon super tweeter.

All items look and sound like new except bottom of speakers which are slightly marked.

These were used with a Lexicon CP-1 (also available) to drive the Tower II's.
Legacy LUM-1 5 channel power amp. (upgraded Proton AA-2580)
