JVC S Video HR s4600U VCR NEVER PLAYED A TAPE WITH IT

hi guys
I have this VCR. It has never had a tape placed in it.
It is a 4 head S VHS unit. I have the remote.
There are some light scratches on the face plate.
$30 plus shipping.
