CSI: NY season 5

I was surprised they killed off Emmanuel Vaugier's character. I enjoyed her and Flack together. I just read that it was budgetary decision. Which I was surprised since its a top rated show.

Also, they could have just cut her appearances down. Just seemed like a death for a quick rating spike.

Bring back John Doe! Or at least resolve the cliff-hanger with a 2hr movie or as an extra on a dvd release.

It's funny you should say this as my wife and I watch every episode and don't recall the character. We both commented on how we thought it was so stupid they were all carrying on for someone we didn't even know. We just assumed it was a cheap way to kill someone off without removing any of the major stars of the show. I guess we just missed something.
