Niles ZR-4630 Programming Change

I have a Niles ZR-4630 multi zone receiver connected to a number of CI Solo Keypads. Connected to the ZR-4630 is a cable box. All of the CI Solo key pads have a "Cable" button that when pressed engages the Cable box and changes it to channel 411 (music channel).

I need to change it so that when the "Cable" button is pushed channel 414 comes on (better music channel). Does this require reprogramming the keypads, the receiver, both? Is there anyone with experience doing this that can point me in the right direction/ give me some tips?

Thanks

Re: Niles ZR-4630 Programming Change

I would expect that it requires reprogramming the receiver, as the remote keypads merely select a source. Is this not mentioned in the manual?

Re: Niles ZR-4630 Programming Change

I have to admit that the manual is a little intimidating and I haven't been able to find a minute in the last month to read it. I was hoping someone here had experience with the ZR-4630 and could provide me the Clif notes. Am I pushing my luck?

I'd have to say so. Given that this is a home theater forum and not a whole-house audio forum, there are very few of us who will be familiar with something like the Niles. The lack of responses to your thread seems to bear this out. Sorry 'bout that...
