Diy 11-083 sub testing

Got my test boxes built, just have a little bracing left. Two enclosures, 6ft^ per enclosure and two 11-083's subs per box. I just plan on testing for best placement so I just used some cheap 5/8" OSB for the test boxes. Should I line or poly fill the enclosures before I seal them up?

Since these are just test boxes, don't waste the time or material with stuffing or lining. Just make sure you have a good seal between the driver and the enclosure. I use closed cell weather stripping from Lowes between the driver and box.
