Screen Tripod Or Pull Up?

I was thinking about a screen from ebay and this seller has a 100inch screen 16:9 on a tripod or a 80" Pull up screen which is supported on one telescoping pole for $40 more.

Does anyone have a personal preference and why?

If space is an issue the tripod has a larger footprint than the pull up.
