Good set-up?

I'm assembling my home theatre and have found all the information here very informative. But now comes the hard part, spending all the money.
Here is the system i want to put together. If anyone see's a problem with this set up plz let me know.
Room is 12 x 23 feet, one door and one closet at back for components.

Panasonic AE3000 Projector
Pioneer Sc-05 or Sc -07 (Difference of 10 watts surround)
Polk Towers Front RTi A7 x 2
Polk Center CSI A6
Polk Surround FXi A6 x 2
Polk Sub DSW Pro 500

The receivers are 130 watts for the SC-05 and 140 for the SC-07 do i need more watts the price is $400 difference.

130 watts is more than enough power.

Am i under doing this with the speaker selection? I have about $3000 to spend on speakers. I need fronts, center, surrounds, rears, and a sub. Any suggestions?
