Componet video/Fiber switch

I have several DVD players that I would like to switch between.
I found a component video cable switch but now I need to also switch the fiber audio cable source.
I cannot locate a fiber switch for this application. Will I have to sacrifice the fiber for conventional audio cables ?

Don’t know about optical, but it should be no problem finding a switcher that will work for coax.
