Streaks on my LCD screen HELP

HI , I am new here, i bought a VIZIO 42 lcd and it is winter here in Mn. so the house is closed up with the furnace running ,I have put in the exspensive furnace filters but every morning when the sun comes up it looks like the tv has had a dust explosion , i tried damp cloth, phillips screen cleaning gel(NO GOOD) windex on clean cotton rag,after wiping the screen looks streaked and dusty immeadiatly. it sits on glass stand and it is not that dusty, Maybe doesnt matter but i live in the country on a dirt road (ice road now) in a 100 year old house, we keep it clean though, any ideas?

Ativan calms me when I see the bills.
