1.3a vs. 1.3b?

I'm purchasing a hdmi splitter and was wondering what the difference was.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am splitting my direct receiver H20.

Upstairs-Panny 50" PZ750, Marantz 8001, Energy c-8 fronts, Definitive CLR 2000 centre, XLR Energy rears, Energy 10" sub, DMP 50 BD player
Downstairs-Panny 58" PZ750, Yamaha RX-V3900, Emotiva XPA-5, Swan 6.2 fronts, 5.2 centre, 5.2 rears, SVS PC-13 ultra sub, PS3

There's a slight difference in the capabilities of what can be transmitted over the cable. b has slightly more bandwidth potential.

Nothing that will matter though. Either one is fine.
