Do you need Banana Plugs

I am setting up my Home Theatre and wonder if it is worth getting Banana plugs at least for the connection to the recevier and maybe pass on the wires to the speakers. Is this a good idea or just go with no banana plugs?

Banana plugs are more for convenience (easy connect on the back of a cluttered receiver). They are not necessary.
