I have a PioneerVSX-1016TXV-k Multi-Channel A/V Receiver and some wireless remote speakers that need an analog signal to work with.

When I try to hook them up I find that the "audio out" RCA plugs of the receiver only pass analog audio when the input signal is analog. If digital, no signal. Most of my components hook up via digital. That's why I bought the new receiver. But that means I only get to use my wireless speakers for the AM/FM tuner!

I don't see any other sources for output except pre-outs. Seemed I could use the front left and right and they would have to have the analog signal for everything. But they don't work when I hook them up. I'm assuming that is because the signal strength is too weak. So my question is, can I solve my problem by buying some sort of an inexpensive pre-amp, and if so, do you have a suggestion for where to buy it?

Thanks,
