Who has the distribution rights to release it on DVD in North America?

MGM still has the rights to the film through their ownership of UA.  I am sure you are aware of the 2 VHS releases by MGM/UA.  It has never made it to DVD and with the way MGM treats their Catalog films, I doubt we will ever see a release in the near future.  I hear this great forgotten film will be on broadcast on TCM this Sunday.
