I just caught this excellent poverty row noir starring the late Evelyn Keyes on TCM... would love to see this released on DVD!

Criterion's "budget line" Eclipse series should focus on a series of atmospheric b-movie cheapies like this one and Big House U.S.A. and a hanful of Monogram & Republic Pictures and others. I'd really like to see this put out on disc!

Re: The Killer That Stalked New York

Has anyone ever heard of a US distribution company called 'Nostalgia Collectibles'?

According to imdb, they are the licensed DVD distributors for this wonderful atmospheric noir but the only thing I'm able to bring up via Google is some guy's auction website/eBay listings...

Re: The Killer That Stalked New York

I recorded The Killer That Stalked New York off the Encore Mystery Channel a few years ago. It is interesting, an unusual story, and well done visually. I would buy it on DVD. No idea who owns it.

Sony owns it. It plays TCM sometimes.
