Hello,
I've seen several mentions about configuring Denon receivers to play HDMI sources to the "B" Speakers, and the info seems inconclusive.
I am considering the purchase of an AVR 1909 and have read the manual from the site. It too, is a little unclear on this point.
I'm using a 5.1 setup, and from what I have read, I can assign the 2 unused amps to zone 2 and whatever I play will be on both A and B speakers. I understand that the other outputs don't do that, for whatever reason.
Is that correct?
All I want to do is have ANY audio source I have playing on both sets of speakers. I don't need separate sources for each zone or anything like that.
By doing this, I would like to be able to configure the volume for A and B speakers separately.
If the 1909 won't do what I want, does anybody have another similar featured alternative?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Alan
