Sealed Sonotube

Hi Guys,

Will be building a sealed Sonosub; my current box sub has too many sharp corners for my kids to possibly run into.

Have 18" sonotube will be a little over 16.5 inches high.

Any concerns I need to be aware of regarding this project? I have seen few sealed subs of this type.

I suppose my other option would be to make it out of MDF, but that would require more time than I want to spend with my router.

Means you don't have to route out port holes. Other than that the construction method is the same. I finished 1 sonosub a few months ago and have 2 more to glue and paint.
